My name is Tony Spaniards. I recently purchased two $50 eshop gift cards/codes. I type them in, my excitement burning through me.
“I can't wait to play these games!” I recall exclaiming.
Then, a little message shot me down from my joyous exuberance.
“This code has already been used.”
How? They were brand new! Was it one of those Internet sites that give codes away? I couldn't get a refund either. Could someone get me codes? Or, perhaps, fix this whole ordeal? Thanks...

About your problem, as Halan says, your only hope is contacting Nintendo and presenting them proof of purchase (and that you didn't use the codes). They may add the funds for you.
