You guys need to stop whining. I'm sure EVERYONE here has atleast 1 copy of SMBDeluxe in their collection. Why would you get the game again? Europe's been pretty lonely in the past decade and now it's their turn to get the good games only. Besides, the NES Super Mario Bros. is already available......
No one even complained and to assume that everyone owns a copy of Mario DX is a bit silly

Got mine but nintendo messed up and my code didn't work...
Emailed them 5 days ago and after a few emails back they still haven't fixed it
"This information has been passed on to the relevant department so that we can investigate this further for yourself and look to resolve the matter."
That was 3 days ago
If they fixed it though I'm really looking forwards to playing it
Gotten mine on the 14th. Can't access the internet at home atm though, so i haven't tried if it works yet. I've written it down now and will hopefully remember to try it on the eShop today.
