Topic: animal crossing new leaf, still a thing?

Though I'm not playing it currently, I have 350+ hours in it. Its VERY much a thing.

I have all art, bugs, and fish donated. I have almost every piece of furniture/clothing I've ever heard about (and some I haven't heard about). My 135 million bells are collecting petty interest. 4 fully expanded houses full of furniture and I'm HHA elite. I simply ran out of stuff to do. Only 3 or 4 non gold badges. This is what can be achieved in only 1400 short hours!

Of course it's still a thing ^^ I rarely streetpass people but AC is still the thing, and people update their game when I visit their house!
I'm 250+ hours, and still haven't finished everything, like the insects/fish or the island stuff I haven't got into, too busy collecting money to make my house as big as it can get
Yeah, it's repetitive and sometimes I don't turn it on for a week or longer, but it's relaxing! Yoga and stuff not being my thing, I hum along to the AC music and collect happily my bamboo, that calms me down

Dang, I still have a ton to catch up with what you folks are describing. I'm still living in a tent!

Ive been playing animal crossing new leaf, and its my 1st time playing a animal crossing game! To be honest, i wasnt quite sure about playing cos of the cuteness, but learnt that u shudnt judge a book by its cover. Its a lot of fun and ive been looking for people to play with.
