What is considered rich?

If you have 100M in your bank account, then I will call you rich. If you have over ten billion bells in your bank and the 30 most expensive community projects in the game, then I would either gift you a free 1-Up or call you a cheater... unless you haven't spent a single bell on anything in the game except for the community projects. That's for anyone who got the game in June or later... That's just my opinion, though.

Speaking of 100m in the bank, what an unnecessarily high amount of bells for anyone to have..I bet most people won't even spend 25m in their whole play-through.

@SuperiorTech maybe not ingame but i seen some villagers go for that much and higher.

I would never pay for a villager, any amount. Just got a hula doll from gulliver!

Oh man, I just sold 2 blue falcons! I have an extra triple red shell and a yellow Pikmin hat. I already have you on 3DS from our last trade. I'm interested in the Varia Suit Pants and Samus Helmet.
