Topic: 3DS XL to NEW 3DS XL System Transfer

Hi,
I am trying to do a system transfer from my 3DS XL to my New 3DS XL.
I am going from a 16gb SD card to a 32gb micro SD card, both Sandisk.
I have dragged files from old card to new on my PC and can see the files on the card.
When starting up my new 3DS it is not 'seeing' any of my games.
If I go into 'Micro SD card management' it is wanting to connect to my PC but I do not know what to do from there.
Any help appreciated, John

@JohnG I'm going off of memory but shouldn't of there been an option to not use you PC at all and you can choose if you want the games or not?

Thanks for the reply.
I'm sure I chose not to use PC.
Either way, I can see the 3DS files on my SD card on my PC.
When I put the card in my 3DS it says 'no accessible software data'
Don't know where to go from here.
