Thanks for your input! Minis on the Move is the one in 3D, so it's different than the rest of the series and that's why I'm interested on it. But you convinced me about Shantae too lol, I think I'm going to get it for 3DS although I wish the price was lower, as there are other games on sale I'd like to buy too.
Are there any "casual RPGs" on the 3DS eShop? I'm looking for a couple of RPGs to play before sleeping, but I don't want to get involved with those 40 to 80 hour long adventures with too many things to remember, too many characters to manage and too many plot twists to follow. It would be great if there were light RPGs that last just a couple of hours. Did they invent these already?!
Top-10 games I played in 2017: The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild (WiiU) - Rogue Legacy (PS3) - Fallout 3 (PS3) - Red Dead Redemption (PS3) - Guns of Boom (MP) - Sky Force Reloaded (MP) - ...
@spizzamarozzi: About as casual as you're going to get would be either Citizens of Earth or Dragon Fantasy Volumes of Westeria. Both are comical and don't really take things too seriously. How long they are I'm not sure. CoE has a lot of characters you can recrute but you don't have to and the other has monster you can recrute so not much chacter management there either. Both are also fun games so give them a try.
Okay so I am currently SLOWLY making my way through the LONG list of Atlas games...I am keeping an eye of the shop and have Persona Q as my next purchase because I am looking to get it before the sale goes off, but I don't get paid till that weekend before...anyways, my question is how often do Atlas titles go on sale? I am noticing that they tend to go on sale quite a bit, but I am looking to snag EO1 and 2 (3ds versions) and the devil survivor 1 and 2 also Legends of Legacy (but it is on sale right now on amazon for $23...so I may go ahead and get it but was wondering if anyone knew of how often Atlas offers their sales? Thanks!!
@scubydo: Lets put it this way, Persons Q had been on sale at least 3 times in the last 6 months. I would say one of their games sometimes 2 go on sale once every week or 2. At the very least it would be on sale again in March if not sooner. Atlus is probably the one company that has the most sales.
@Spoony_Tech: cheers Spoony for the info. I actually just realized I have Citizens of Earth on WiiU. Dragon Fantasy hasn't been released in EU yet, unfortunately. Downloaded the demo for Adventure Bar Story yesterday and it looks like it fits my needs - a light RPG for people who don't really play RPGs. Did you play it?
I know I've mentioned length in my previous post but length is not really an issue - it's the amount of work to get to it that is.

I've got a little over 9 € left, any recommendations? Already got Shovel Knight, the first Mighty Switch Force, both Gunman Clive games as well as Nano Assault, Jett Rocket, Attack of the Friday Monsters, Crimson Shroud and Starship Damrey.
I'm considering Cave Story, Mighty Switch Force 2, Shantae or just plain going VC with good old Mario.

If you enjoyed Mighty Switch Force you may as well get 2 whilst it's on sale but if I was you I'd go for something like Street Fighter, Harvest Moon or Shin Megami Tensei which have big discounts at the moment.

Thanks for the reply! I've already played Harvest Moon on the GBA (Friends of Mineral Town) and had enough of it, it was nice but not enough to warrant another game I think. I've already got Smash Bros and Dead or Alive, so Street Fighter, good as it is, seems a bit redundant. I'm debating SMT too, but the backlog is already big enough, and it will most certainly be another 40+ hourish game, right?

@Spoony_Tech: Even worse!
No way will I be able to spare that much time, not with two Dragon Quest games, Fire Emblem, Bravely Default and Project X Zone 2 coming next year, and Xenoblade Chronicles X already being here. Well, I might wait for the Bayonetta Smash DLC then.

I've been thinking of downloading something new lately, and I thought about an eShop RPG...but I can't find anything that makes me wanna buy it. Does anybody have one to recommend?
Otherwise, I can go for a Beat 'Em Up, and in that case the choice is between 3D Streets of Rage 2 and Senran Kagura Burst.
@VoltageX: I've heard of it, but I've read somewhere (it was a while ago) that it can get boring quickly because of the still figures. Otherwise old school sounds great to me xD
Can someone answer a question for me? I'm considering Citizens of Earth, but I heard the 3DS version had some serious bugs and glitches. I have read that a patch came out, but I'm not sure what was fixed.
Is the game worth it at $4.99 or are there serious bugs that hold the game back? I don't want something that I can't finish or where I risk losing my save data.
@Caryslan: I played it when it first came out and from what I could tell it was far less buggy then the Wii U version. I never did beat it however but I did get pretty far along. I did experience about 3 bugs one causing me to have to go back to my last save. If you save often it shouldn't be an issue.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
Mega Man Legacy Collection is now available on 3DS. You can get the physical version at a retailer for $29.99 or you can download it from the eShop for a more attractive price of just $14.99.
I was going to get this game physically but haven't been able to find it in stores (yet....it was released yesterday). Personally, I don't like downloading titles but in cases where it's cheaper to download versus buying retail, I almost always go with whatever's cheaper.
