What is the game that have the best 3D effect in your opinion

for me its Kid Icarus: Uprising

Ocarina of Time: 3D

I think it would have to be SM3DL since the game was built to showcase the technology, Kid Icarus does look gorgeous in 3D though

I would have to say Star Fox 64 3D. I love the little effect of the engine stream going straight out of the screen.

Resident Evil Revelations is the best I've seen so far for 3D effect.

I personally think the home menu icon for Activity Log is the best use of 3D. I mean the pencil freaking flies out of the screen O.O

Kid Icarus Uprising. You disagree? Try aiming accurately while flying in 2D. Seriously, it's so much harder.

Resident Evil Revelations looked awesomely creepy. the first 30 minutes or so I was awed by the awesome looks. About a day or two after I barely used the 3d lol. Zen Pinball looked cool in 3d too.

For usefulness, Pushmo/Pullblox, it does help considerably when judging jumps.
For best 3D effect however, I'd have to agree with @jibberldd5 and say OoT 3D.

Super Mario 3D Land. I've tried Crush3d demo, and it looks great with the 3D on too.

I'd have to agree with @Jamouse, when ever I want to show off the 3D to someone, I show them the activity log home screen. As for an actual game though, I'd say Resident Evil Revelations.

I very rarely use 3D as It hurts my eyes but 3D effects in OOT are the best. They are nice on the eyes and genuinely effective and like SML3DL, proper 3D.
With KI:U, I can't play it in 3D as I always seem to lose the crosshairs.
A few games display 3D in almost a bug eyed way. They tend to stretch out the screen so you almost feel you could look around the 3DS screen border and push everything really far out.

Rhythm Thief-esque games basically. It doesn't feel right or natural to me.

mgs 3 is really good for my eyes.
resident evil revelations sure has the most hardcore 3D

Mario 3D Land.

I still don't think I've seen anything as good as Pilotwings!! The lil guy with the jet-pack looked so real to me ,like a little doll. Now I don't know if this is because it was my first game or what but I think it looks great. RE and OoT are probably my next picks.

Not really impressive in any way but Nintendogs. Also Mario Kart 7 looks a lot bigger in 3D.
