Topic: 2DS- HOW TO FACTORY RESET WHEN I CANNOT ACCESS THE SETTINGS

I purchased a 2DS from gamestop last year for my son and would like to do a hard reset because the calibration of the touch screen is completely off to where I cannot even access the other pages on settings. So therefore I cannot access the menu to do the reset and I have tried doing the screen calibration and it's so off that even that will not work.

@jerryandtabatha Nintendo support is a very good resource, and has directions for most everything. Search "3ds reset" and you'll get directions. They also have a good phone line. Your situation may be unique enough to warrant calling them.
