Don't give up hope. I found 2 in friend safari with in 10 minutes of each other. But that was when I first started doing Friend safari. You'll get lucky sooner or later. I heard somewhere the rate was reduced by alot in this generation. One person said it was like 1/1000 now, and another person said like 1/3000 ish. We wont know for sure till later on but still. You'll get lucky and you'll be so freaking happy when it does.

it sucks when u actually find one and then accidentaly run from it...happened to me twice so far
