Looking for a 4 or higher IV Shiny Ekans or Arbok

I'm looking for GEN 6 shiny pokemon or high IV old ones or Y only mega stones

really want a 4iv or higher shiny ekans. (not arbok) in a regular pokeball. preferably level 1, and uncloned if possible. i'll trade you anything in my sig, i don't usually clone my shinies unless they're legendary (and only some of them are cloned), i usually clone stuff for other people, not big on cloning in general but yeah.....if you have one and are interested in trading it i can give you a list of other shinies i have (which are a lot).

also it would be good if ekans had a nature beneficial to attack or neutral nature with one max iv being in attack...not necessary but would be nice! i'll trade more than one. this probably isn't the best place to put this but thought i'd try
