well, I'd have to breed you one real fast as I only have one. IV's can be checked in the Kiloude City Pokemon Center. There's a guy standing near the changing room, against the wall. talk to him and he'll say something like "let me check the amazing potential of your pokemon" if he lists some stats and says they're dismal, they're fifteen or below. if he says they're decent, they're between 15 and 31. if he says, and I quote, "Stats like those, they can't be beat!" the stat(s) he listed have perfect IVs. And yeah, you can have a Growlithe.
