Want To Play With Sharapova?

The reaction to the game so far has varied: it has recieved a high 81 out of 100 in the Official Nintendo Magazine but just 60% from the less biased NGamer UK magazine. However some gamers have critisced the graphics and a general sense of it being watered down from the X360 version. Sadly the Wii version uses the Top Spin 2 engine rather than a fresh new one. Still, Top Spin 2 was pretty decent...

It will certainly be nice to have a more advanced Tennis simulator than the mini-game included in Wii Sports, although as a launch game it is still rated high in our favourites and has given us an incredible amount of fun and will take some beating. The prospect of having a singles match is very enticing though.

Full Power Control: Tilt the Wii Remote to the side and perform real tennis swings, while moving your player around the court with the nunchuk control stick.
Road to Glory: Choose win a series of challenges and events to vecome the world'd best Top Spin 3 player! Try your hand at tournaments, leagues, grand slams and more.
Play Together: Play singles or doubles matches with up to three friends and battle it out it out for glory in your living room.

Again, no online play is included in the Wii version. Also I'm hearing rumours of it not supporting left-handed players too well.

We'll have to wait a little longer to find an average and will hopefully see an absolute opinion from us soon.
