Mario Kart Arcade Returns

Not very well known over here in the west, but Namco have previously released an Arcade adaptation of Mario Kart and are now set to release another, it seems the new version will only be slightly upgraded but will now feature Waluigi and Tamagotchi.

"There will also be lots of new items and courses to spice up those four-player races, along with a commentary track over the top, apparently."

We also read the game's camera system has been improved, where you can take a photo of yourself and put it straight into the game. Of course, if further updates become available we'll be posting them here on the site.

We doubt these machines will make it further out of Asia than its predecessor, so you'll have to keep and eye out when your next in Japan.
