Ummm because it would be a conflict of interest to release a game on a rival system.
they already re-released it as a full retail game on the original Xbox

I think it was but I thought the person asking the question was asking why it hasnt been released on Wii VC.
Because Conker's Bad Fur Day is owned by Microsoft and Rare. All of the non-Nintendo games that Rare developed are owned by Microsoft (the ones without Donkey Kong, obviously).
