Hello

I had my switch docked and plugged into one of my monitors, and I was playing animal crossing with my earbuds in.
I went to go and get my water and I pulled the switch off in the dock and it they both fell onto the ground connected. It fell from like desk height, but the switch fell out of the dock but was still on and after looking at it I saw some minor scratches on the back.

Is there gonna be any structural damage to the switch, or damage to the battery or how games are performed on it?
And are they meant to be able to take a fall?

@RyanK39 I would say yes, if it has a screen protector and a case on it, as I saw a switch fall from much higher, and live, the controllers didn't but the switch did.

I dropped my launch switch on concrete a few times. It roughed up the controllers but no damage that hurt them internally. If mine could survive concrete I’m sure yours will be fine.

My Switch dropped from at least that height from a hospital bed onto the concrete, no protectors or anything, it was fine lol. I know it’s tumble off my shelf a few times too while in the dock and that didn’t seem to harm it. Nintendo builds em like Timex
