Topic: Switch lite Calibration Menu Issues

I was just wondering if somebody else ever has an issue like this, you go to calibrate your joystick in the settings menu, and it’s working in the testing area. You go to calibrate the joystick but on the calibration screen it refuses to move.

I would be so thankful if anyone has a fix for this issue, I have tried restarting my console, updating my console, shutting down the console, removing the battery and replacing it. Nothing seems to work and I really dont want to have to factory restart my switch.

@Lexiphy Typically, if nintendo support site troubleshooting can't solve something, that's usually been a very good indicator that there's hardware failure somewhere that requires repair/replacement, but with what you're describing, I'm not so sure. I would say, don't do a factory reset without contacting nintendo support - to see if there's something else you could try. If you did a factory reset and the issue wasn't resolved, that would be disappointing.

If you have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription with cloud save back up, not all games have cloud save support. So, you could potentially l lose game progress for some select games. Nintendo support should still have a page with a list of games that don't have cloud support, if you want to look for that.
