Topic: Sd Card no longer available after 5.0 Switch update

Like the title says, I can no longer read my Sd card after the update. Anyone help?

Mine seemed to be fine too. Have you done the usual routine of taking it out, making sure there is no dust or whatever and putting it back in? As well as actually shutting down the Switch and turning it back on. (Not just sleep mode, but powering it off)

I think there something else going on. So what kinda MicroSD card brand to you have? Remember buy cheap get cheap. This is true of anything. I got a Scandisk 200gb and migrated to a 400gb Scandisk and had no issue. But keeping the 200gb as back.

I only have a 128 GB card but it is still showing for me.

My 256 mb card works good. Have you tried plugging it into a computer, format it there, then put it back in the Switch?

All OK here too, I was playing the games that are on my SD card only this morning.

Try removing your SD card and reinserting it to see if that solves your problem.

You should take the card out and put it on a reader card to see if the data is ok or corrupted.

I have a 128GB SanDisk Ultra microSD. It's fine after the update. I appreciate that doesn't improve your predicament.
