Under 'How can we help you?' choose 'Suggestion' and then fill out the subject and description fields. It'll just take a few seconds and the link works perfectly on mobile. Mini Review:

I bought Prison Architect as soon as it went live on the eShop and I've been playing it since and I got to say this game is a lot of fun. It's my first time playing it and I did not expect to enjoy it this much. It runs perfectly on the Switch, I've been playing in handheld mode for more than 10 hours and haven't come across any issues so far.

Double Eleven did an excellent job porting it to the Nintendo Switch. The controls are really good but I honestly think they should have added touchscreen controls for this game. I mean it's nice to have options, right? So anyone who has the game and want touchscreen controls added, please follow the above instructions. For those who don't have the game submitting a request/tweeting to them would also greatly help. From what I've read the devs are great and they tend to listen to their community so I'm sure they will implement it if they receive enough requests for it.
