Topic: PGA Tour 2K21: what does the “+” mean?

In the display in the upper right corner, there are 2 numbers based on the club selected. The first number is “carry”. I assume this is how many yards the ball will stay in the air. The second number is after a “+” sign. What does that number represent? I’ve heard 2 things. One is it says how far the ball will bounce and roll after the ball hits the ground. The other is it shows the elevation of where you’re hitting, above or below your current spot. However, the number is always after a “+”, never after a “-“. So which is it? Bounce/roll distance? Or elevation?

The '+' after the carry yardage is the roll distance once the ball has landed.
