I didnt realize that my account wasnt linked, and for my surprise i cant link, perhaps this is the real problem. Eshop is not available for me. If I am not wrong, to access Eshop via Nintendo Switch I will be must link my nintendo network.
Very hard Nintendo, on my Xbox is very simple, i add my e-mail and I able to access averything.
@BruceCM its sad but is true Man, I can not, and I go through https://www.nintendo.com/pt_BR/, and edit my preferencies i can see that there is no account linked to Nintendo network (not linked).

As video shows, you can do most of it on your Switch .... All the set-up only has to be done once, then you're good to go? If you didn't have a Live account of any kind when you got an XBox, you'd have had to create that for it
@WoomyNNYes , unfortunately Nintendo makes things difficult for a simple solution of linking this and that. The only I have and i need to do is linked my account to have access eShop.
@Roger_Brazil Yeah, it took me some time to get through it the first time I setting up my 3DS. So, when I got the Switch, it was a familiar process. I'm sorry you're getting stuck. Troubleshooting isn't always easy when we can't see each other's screens.
To be thorough, I've been wondered if your Switch's wifi is turned on. But I'm assuming its on. Forgive me if its on already.
Could it be, the switch is asking for the password/pin for your wifi router?
@WoomyNNYes , Buddy the WI-Fi is working as well, if i visit https://www.nintendo.com/pt_BR/, and sign in and go to my preferences i can see that Nintendo Network is not linked and propraly this is the reason why i cant set on my Nintendo Switch Eshop, could be?
@Roger_Brazil You're welcome. There were times I had to help customers over the phone with the company software. So, I've done this sort of thing before. When someone is stuck, its usually just one thing they are missing. I think you're really close

@Roger_Brazil I hear ya. For my understanding..... are you stuck because the Switch is asking for a code? Is that right? Or is the Switch giving you an error code? Just wanted to make sure I understand.
In case the Switch gives you an error code, you can put the error code into the Nintendo support page search, and it can tell you what the error code means.
Also, if you know how to upload a video to youtube, you can paste a youtube link here to share a video of the screen you get stuck at.

No I am not stuck because any code that I am inserting. There isn’t any error or problem between my Nintendo switch or my internet wireless also is possible to play online and SNES and NES. Maybe my problem is that I am getting old, 48 years old this year and since I was 7 years old playing games, this is could be my problem. I would like to access Eshop through my Nintendo Switch and they are asking my a code and I think is not necessary to go Nintendo shopping games. As told before I think that I must linked something here. Account versus my email etc. I will adding you on my Nintendo switch account . Thanks and have a great weekend too
