Topic: Nintendo Switch E-Shop problem?

Hi everyone,
Did anyone here encounter problem when accessing the nintendo eshop?
I did tried to log in America region eshop before I update the switch version and it was all fine at first. But now when I log in again after back from my 1 month trip (also after I updated the version to 2.2), I always got "the page cannot be displayed" message with no error code. I tried to turn the switch off and turn it back on again, but it doesn't solve the problem. Tried to disconnect and reconnect the wifi, but it also doesn't solve the problem.
This message (the page cannot be displayed) kept on appearing everytime I tried to log in to the eshop.

And I also can't create the new user. This message also appear when I tap on create button. I wonder if anyone else having same problem with me? Any idea how to solve this? Thank you in advance

Sorry for my poor English. I live in Asia, and I manage to create the user with America region, one month before this problem occur

I'm guessing the Switch has some bugs to be ironed out.

hello, i am having the same trouble today. I'm on 3.0.0 Switch Software and I keep on getting the page cannot be displayed message without any error code. Anyone can fix this issue, since I can't download Zelda DLC

@andrewpranoto I manage to found the answer after googling it for quiet long. It seems that the problem came from my internet connection. Which prevent me to enter eshop. However I tried the solution that I saw and it work perfectly. You can try to connect your switch with your phone hotspot first. By using hotspot connection I can enter the eshop without any problem. Then I click purchase on the game I want to download and disconnect my hotspot (hotspot speed quiet slow). After that reconnect to my wifi. The game download will resume automaticly. I hope this can solve your problem too

I'm having the same issue after updating to 3.0.0, living in Asia with one US account, I can't login (or create an account) with another account, actually any page that links to the login page failed, latest 3.0.1 update doesn't help either.

UPDATE :
I can confirm that using a mobile hotspot from a phone solves the issue! I don't know why, but going back to my home wifi results in the same 'the page cannot be displayed' at login page. eShop still works fine on any network though. Hope this helps
