Due to the limited stock, I had to settle for the gray Switch. I want to buy the blue set of Joy-Cons, but they're out of stock everywhere. I have the patience to wait, but will they/have the already ceased production?
Not sure if there are sets of blue joy cons as well ( I wanted the red/blue neon pack) which was also very hard to find in store but found an ebay user, neogames, that was selling the joy cons for $86 shipped which is roughly the price I would have paid anyway after tax for the joy cons. Just got them in the mail yesterday, everything is legit and now I have my much prettier neon switch and my grey joy cons can be used when friends are over
@nivalnaut As far as I know, the solid blue and solid red packs haven't even been made yet...they're all placeholder items that I'm not sure have ever actually been supplied yet due to the inability to keep ANY inventory in stock. They do sell the red/blue packs, you should be able to follow a store until they come in stock briefly. But for now the only way to get solid blue/solid red is to get them used from someone who had the B/R from the console and bought the R/B pack to swap them with.
Solid Yellow comes out next week.
Splatoon pack I think comes out in Aug/Sept for some reason (green/pink.)
I'm thinking of storing my B/R since Street Fighter II is going to wear down my darned rare blue left joycon
@Masurao Interesting, I'd read somewhere (apparently incorrectly?) that they were not going to arrive at Splatoon launch. Maybe that was just for the western arrival and didn't apply to Japan (which makes sense now that I think about it.)
