CoD Black Ops II 19.99$ (Bestbuy)
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 19.99$ (Bestbuy) (Very Underrated, even in the other consoles, plus Wii U version has bonus content and online)

Also not a Wii U game or a third party game but...
Kirby 20th anniversary for Wii 8.00$
