Topic: UPS Shipping Label Not Received

I want to send my 2DS in for repair, so I called the customer support last Friday (the 2DS repair site was down) and they sent me the instruction email on how to send the 2DS to them. In the email it states "In a few minutes, you'll receive an email from UPS with a link to your shipping label..." However, that email never came. So I called them again and requested a new one, but the same problem occurred. After requesting a new one online and calling them about five times, the same problem persists. I think I will change my email account on my profile tomorrow and request a new shipping label and if that doesn't work, maybe ask them to physically mail it to me because they apparently can do that(?). But, I want to know if this happened to anyone else and how they fixed the problem. I've been looking around online no one else has had the same problem from what I have read. What should I do?

Yes, I have checked every possible folder on my email account.
