Topic: Switch Lite powering down issues arise with new SD card

I recently bought a new Gigastone 250 gig SD card for my Switch Lite. Everything transferred over properly and worked fine. But when I started charging my console I powered it off to let it charge like I always do but it immediately rebooted.
I tried shutting it down multiple times and it restarted each time(the same way it does when restarting the system). I also would like to note that the console will stay powered down if it is not charging. And if I remove the SD card it will also stay powered down while charging, just not while the specific SD card is mounted.
I have tried researching online and have not found anything pertaining to this situation. I don't know if this is anything to be alarmed over, or if I should just get used to not shutting down my system while it's charging besides just suspending it in sleep mode.
But any feedback or help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. And just to make note, my console is still in warranty but I won't send it in for repairs because I'm pretty sure the problem is not due to the hardware.

I should also mention that I make sure to plug in the AC adapter before powering down the system because I know that connecting the console to a charger while it is powered down will automatically reboot the system.

It seems the problem has resolved itself, as I just tried shutting down the console while it is plugged in and it stayed off this time. I will post an update if the problem occurs again.
