I have had my 3DS for two days, and I have noticed that it looks like the bottom right corner of the border around the touch screen is lower than the left corner. I have been very careful with my 3DS, and haven't been pressing on that section at all. I've attached some photographs but I don't know if they show the problem very well. The lowered part is not much lower but it still annoys me. Is this something with all 3DSes? Is it worth trying to return the device? Thanks to anyone that can help. http://cl.ly/1N2E1h3r101I112A2P0u http://cl.ly/3g0u1R1y273v2u2b142G http://cl.ly/3H0C1p2k3V0x3J1Z0v1B http://cl.ly/440K2J2b361a3f1o3q3X http://cl.ly/3o1k1Z013E3t1t2E3Z01
that totally looks odd, especially those pics with the streaks through the screen — what are you doing to it to get that effect? i'd send it off to Nintendo for sure.

I don't have the same issue with mine - also Aqua Blue - so it's possibly just a manufacturing issue (and possibly just related to a particular batch). I don't think it's worth having the system sent in for repair unless it actually affects gameplay in any way, though you could always contact Nintendo if it really bothers you.
@theblackdragon I think that's just a reflection, it's visible on the top of the system as well.
@Cipher: no offense, but it's the weirdest reflection I've ever seen, considering (if you look at the last pic) they're sitting below the dust and bits that are stuck to the screen protector.
either way, there's something weird about that panel, and i'd have it fixed or replaced before it gets any worse if i were the OP :3

@theblackdragon Very good point - apologies, didn't notice it in that photo. In that case it'd definitely be best to contact Nintendo customer service - link them to those photos as well. They'll be quick to respond and they'll undoubtedly ask you to send it in.
Thank you very much for your help. I've sent an email to the Nintendo Service Centre with the photos as attachments. I would have used the fast track, but it does not support the 3DS. FYI, the streaks on the screen are beams in the ceiling. They aren't in the first photos because I took them in a different room.
like i said, weirdest reflection i've ever seen then :3
either way, good luck to you :3
