Hi! I need help. I bought Dying Light: Platinum Edition for my Nintendo Switch recently. Unfortunately, after a couple of days playing the game with my friends (great time btw!) I keep getting the sama error messages when I tried to join ANY online sessions.
Error msg:
The software was closed because an error occured
I've been trying to find solutions online, but everything I've tried failed to resolve this problem
@Dolop If nintendo support can't solve an issue, it's usually a very good indicator that there's hardware failure. And repair may be required.
Here's a troubleshooting page for that error message. Forgive me if it doesn't have new ideas. ....I know someone else here that's in Indonesia; They said Nintendo doesn't have a support or repair location nearby in your region. If you think it may be hardware failure, you may want to try using a different microSD card (if the game is on a microSD). Every once in a while microSD cards go bad. It happened to my phone a year ago. It could do small jobs, like load a picture, but if I tried to shoot high resolution video, it would freeze. Replacing the card solved it. This may be unlikely, but it's the only other thing I can think of, if you're trying to avoid repairing the console.
