Well, it depends. If it's just one person sitting in the dark at 3:00 in the morning, it'd have to be Protonjon. His videos are absolutely hilarious. However, when it comes to a person actually sharing the game and playing it as if you were actually taking the words "Let's Play" seriously, it goes to Tatsudoshi. Probably some of the funniest stuff on the web that involves actual thinking.
