So today I went to turn on my 360 but out of nowhere it died. This is very frustrating, has it happened to anyone else? (of course it has)

I've actually got a launch model that is still going (knocks on wood).

When did you buy yours?

@TheFox
My Uncles friend had it for about a year after launch but he never used it at all so he gave it to me. I didnt even play it that much but the warranty is dead so there really is nothing I can do.

Man, that sucks. You can still get it repaired, but unfortunately you'll get stuck with a bill. If you didn't play it that much it might be more worth your time just to get a few bucks selling it for parts online. If you decide to get a new system, the slim is your best bet, as claims of RROD on those are just a tiny fraction of the early models.
