Topic: Persona 5 Strikers freezing issue

I've just recently started this game, and it took a bit to click but I started enjoying it. I then went into the item menu during a battle, and when I went back, the game completely froze. It didn't crash, it's just the screen froze and none of the buttons worked.

Is this a known issue? Is there anything that I can do to prevent this? I lost an hour of progress
