Topic: Does anyone know the name of this game?

Hello,

I've been searching for this game I used to play on my DS but I have no idea what the game was called.

From what I can remember the game was a 3d semi open world style of game centred around a boy in a school and a town with a blue shirt and had the game had a cartoon art style. The title music was very upbeat and on the title screen I seem to remember the characters running around and they might have been bumping into things.

Oh yeah and the boy had blonde ish hair that was spiked up kind of like Jimmy Neutron I think (I'm From the UK so not really familiar with Jimmy Neutron)
