@humbubba-misfit - no, I still had a regular and shiny holding back: just the GTS is kind of bs asking for legendaries on a normal pokemon. I don't care what gen it is, unless it's extreme hard to get, like come on....
I also hate how they can request event pokemon but you can't trade them if you have them... annoying, like why let them request it Nintendo!? WHY....(Gamefreak can be asked the same question)

@Mystt ya i feel ya on that i was needing a rotom bad so i wound up trading my only shiny electabuzz but i finally got a new one like 2 days ago im probably goint to go on the gts and look for shinies of certaint pokemon since i know how to use it now
