what are the IV on it?

On a bit of a shiny hunt. Looking for either a shiny timid froakie or charmander with good IVs.

I have a shiny ninetails from my safari, a phione, a Japanese Mew, And several Ralts/Froakie(protean)/Ponyta/Porygon/scyther with 4-5 IVs. A good handful of the Maison items. And several starters.
