Question to Shaun: Do you really use spit when you customize?

In this You Tube video you claim you use spit to clean the display. That does not sound very clean at all...

Also, shouldn't you use gloves when doing customizations, in order to prevent grease, dust, dirt and fingerprints getting into the system...
