I like the idea of better non breakable tools. The ability to switch mayor's for family members. For sure. But how about having the other created characters from family when not active have them walking around and existing. Instead of an empty house. I feel like that would add such a nice little feel to the game. To see you son's daughters or husband's character roaming around when they aren't playing. Everyone on the island knows then so it makes sense.
