I think their pricing is fine right where it is at. With the release of Bayonetta 2 and Smash Brothers Wii U, I know for a fact that there are gamers on other systems who are considering purchasing a Wii U as a secondary system for those games. These gamers (PS4 or XBone owners) have already proven they are willing to pay a premium to play those games that "call to them".
In addition, the forthcoming exclusives will continue to lure them.
Lastly, I would prefer to see them push the 3DS, because this will keep the brand alive and profitable, while turning the next generation of game players into "Nintendolifers".
