That's not a speech act. To be brief, you are definitely misapplying the first amendment of the US when you bring it up. And your last statement still leads to infinite regress of intolerance.
I have to disagree with you! Take a look at, for example, the New! Super Mario Bros. games. Each of them are excellent games in the genre, but fans have been complaining from the start about the series' bland style in visuals and music. Now, I am not entirely onboard with these criticisms for several reasons, but you do have to admit that Nintendo has been fantastically deaf to the criticisms. Similar cases can be made for Zelda, Metroid, Mario Party, etc.
Oh, and as a matter of fact, I do have issues with same-sex "marriage" involving morality, though that is not where I would probably start any discussion on the issue (perhaps, instead, start with natural philosophy and political philosophy). I used to support same-sex "marriage," and I'm also not pleb, so I know starting a discussion on the topic in the comments section video-game article would be inane.

Of course, I take issue with your characterization of the sides, but leaving that aside: which speech act is Group A being prohibited from expressing?

Mmhmm. So far, I agree with everything you have said, except comment #98, which I confess to not understanding at all. XD
