@StarDust4Ever Yeah I have an XL and original, and my original is the one having issues. Even when I push the slider all the way down, the 3D just kinda crazes out and repeatedly toggles between maximum depth and disabled. But hey, at least it gives me an excuse to get the New 3DS when they finally decide to bring it overseas!
This update actually fixed an issue caused by the previous update where 3D images would still display even if you chose to start a game in 2D using Parental Controls. My depth slider is really screwed up to the point where I have to turn off 3D system-wide if I don't want 3D enabled, so it's nice to be able to do that reliably again.
