Re: Former Assassin's Creed Lead Isn't Happy About Switch 2's Game-Key Cards

@EVIL-C Again I disagree. I’ve only said this to be my opinion. Never have I once mentioned it to be a baseline. Consoles break at random I understand, yet from someone who doesn't get that I’m fine with key cards games. I’m sure some people are the same as me and others will disagree.

As for why yours are breaking it could be a numbers of the reasons. But judging if what you say is truth I would say you have a black cloud over you when it comes to consoles breaking. Taking all them steps and still having so many issues is quite unlucky.

@EVIL-C I don’t think it’s a bad take just my opinion. Been playing since the N64 the only console that’s ever died on me was the xbox360 and even that was preowned. From what you say you seem to have had a lot of things break, while I understand nothing lasts forever, a part of me still thinks you could take better care of them.

I think the whole "game key card" thing is fine, people are just overreacting. Yes mostly ever 3rd party game coming to the switch 2 is one, however all are ports of older titles. I don't think that will be the case with new games. You could also argue that if game key cards wasn't an option we wouldn't be getting most of these on the switch 2 or at the very least it would be digital only. Game key cards aren't really that bad. Yes in the future when Nintendo take off the Internet it will be a problem, however the "when the eshop closes" debate is stupid. It's a one time download for every console, as long as your Nintendo console is working and you download it before the Internet is taking down in 10/15 years you can play it until the day you die. I've never had any of my Nintendo consoles break still and I'm sure most people are the same.
