Re: Nintendo's Lawsuit Against Palworld Is "A Clear Case Of Bullying", Says Analyst

Not sure if everyone is aware and fully understands, yes Nintendo & The Pokemon Company have filed for a "patent update" within 2021 which then gets approved 3 years later in the year 2024 but there's 1 very important and very crucial piece of information that nobody has yet to point out an that piece of information is the fact that PocketPair's other game being Craftopia has existed for 4 years since 2020 which has been using the mechanics within Palworld before Palworld even existed.

So the patents that have received updates are capturing creatures in spherical objects known as Pal Spheres while in Pokemon itself the creatures are caught in ball-like objects known as Poke Balls, which yes both Pal Spheres and Poke Balls are similar in shape but Pal Spheres have a slight change that makes them different from Poke Balls which is the bit of gold on both ends for each Pal Sphere (other games besides Pokemon & Palworld use this mechanic too, so this patent should be labeled and identified as being invalid and voidable).

Now the other 2 Patents are based on riding mountable creatures to get from one location to another via exploration, which of course just like in the "()" in the previous statement other games besides Pokemon and Palworld are using these other mechanics as well [for example take a look at Casette Beasts, TemTem, RDR/RDR2, there are a whole lot of other games besides Pokemon and Palworld that use what Nintendo's "patent update" is trying to prevent Palworld from using so I just used 3 perfect examples using similar mechanics like Pokemon & Palworld].

So all in all the lawsuit that Nintendo & The Pokemon Company is actually very frivolous, very petty, absolute bologna and PocketPair needs to win the lawsuit with the help of their legal team as well as assistance from Sony.
