While I can see them working together by either allowing xCloud to run natively on an upcoming Switch Pro or allowing some Nintendo games on Gamepass in exchange for some of the Bethesda titles to come to Nintendo's console, I can't see Microsoft selling them Rare. They seem quite happy with how that studio is working out for them since Spencer freed them from the handcuffs that his predecessors had placed on them.
