Availability confirmed for Czech Republic. But then again, I've got my region locale set to the UK as the only apps available in eShop over here are the free ones and that doesn't even include demos and trailers.
What bums me up is that I cannot use Nintendo Video/Eurosport apps without fiddling with region settings every time. Gave up on these srsly.
Wow, that sure is a lot of Borderlands action. Finished my co-op playthrough earlier this week (PC), now we're doing the 'The Secret Armory of General Knoxx' DLC.
In other news, I finally bought a 3DS (the hot Zelda LE one, yum) - I bit the bullet and decided the XL is way too huge to carry around - wasn't a huge fan of the DSi XL either. So my game list prior to Steam sales looks like this:
