First off, rather disturbed at how pro-corporate so many of the comments on Nintendo life seem to be.
Second off, when will these fan projects learn to not say a PEEP about their projects until they're finished? This is how you dodge cease and desist letters. Stay underground until you release the project, then drop the mic. There's nothing corporate lawyers can do at this point.
