As beautiful as the new visuals are... yeah they do look a little pixelated, which is especially distracting considering the game doesn't seem to render at a particularly high resolution

@Aquinas I wouldn’t be so sure, I doubt the entire team was working on this remake. I’m sure a good deal of the members have been working on the next Zelda since TOTK released, probably even earlier. I wouldn’t be surprised if we get a reveal next year

@Eggs you’ve forgotten two heavy hitters (Splatoon and Fire Emblem). Personally I cannot be too disappointed in this lineup, more games than I have time to play

I still vividly remember that day… I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. A Nintendo handheld with the power to support home console gaming? It was unfathomable. I know a lot of people were skeptical at the time but I could tell that this was the start of something special

@Glassneedles I’ve heard great things about those! My personal GOTY is Denshattack, no other game I’ve played comes close for me, even Splatoon Raiders and Pokopia

Are these games actually good? I love big RPGs like Xenoblade but all people talk about with these games is the fanservice. I can play a game with fanservice but there needs to be more to it than that

@wiiwouldliketoplay I wouldn’t say file size correlates to content in most instances. It’s likely just because the game uses higher quality textures or audio.

Actually my first playthrough of Dread was around 15 hours (I 100%d the game blind)

@Zeugziumy actually my original idea for Metroid 6 was that Samus went berserk after the end of dread and you play as a federation soldier trying to find her and neutralize her. Obviously didn’t happen but it would’ve been a cool twist on the horror elements in the last few games
