Alright finally played it, and I will say, it's a 7.5, more than a 4 indeed. Shorter than expected but that's fine, it's fun and has my favorites and much more, you can even mix match who can play in which tank, and others who are not commanders, can still be played as commanders. Which is cool. Also, it's great that you can control when the commander pops out of the hatchet Haha. Only bugger I noticed is that you can't record 30s clips with this software. What a shame.
