It's been a long time since I regretted a purchase as much as I regretted buying Engage.
I was initially enchanted by the combat, but that wore off quickly as the game just got easier and easier. Afterward, the plodding, nothing of a story, vapid one dimensional characters and the clunky mess of mechanics eventually wiped away any positive feelings I had for the game.
