Re: Review: Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars (DS)

This game rules period, it's my favorite GTA game out of all of them. I happen to like the top down graphics too, reminds me of the classic GTA games which I actually at one point thought were more fun and addictive than the newer ones. Not to mention all the crazy little minigames that take advantage of the stylus, like hotwiring cars.. all in all this DEFINITELY deserved a 10, why the 9? I didn't find any flaw in the game whatsoever. there is no reason for it not to be rated 10. EXCEPT maybe the fact that the music sucked, and there are no metal stations... but cmon that is not enough to take it down to a 9.

If I had played this before buying I wouldn't have spent 2$ on it let alone 10... VERY big waste of money, I highly suggest to everyone NOT to buy this game.. It looks like it couldn't be that bad but trust me it is..

I bought this a while back without reading a review first.... my mistake... I hate it.Such a bad pokemon clone, I haven't played much of it but one thing I love about pokemon is when they evolve, when my "crystal monster" evolved in this game he didn't look any different he looked exactly the same... meh. this game sucks. I REALLY wish I didn't buy it.

YES!!! I absolutely LOVE roguelike's so much! Getting this game NOW just because it's a roguelike, that explains it all. Superfun, replayable, random generated dungeons, total adventure, experimenting with books/spells/potions ect.. so much fun in roguelike's.

I think a good idea would be to make a tutorial for beginners (like me) who really don't have much idea at all what is going on or what they are doing passed PRINT lol, If someone could make a good basic tutorial teaching stuff that would be good to help beginners learn and post a QR code for the tutorial that would be VERY helpful for us newbs. I think it's a really good idea and I think a lot of newbies that don't know what they are doing would agree.

#26 I have a lazy eye and am unable to see 3d effects either, Honestly I don't think It really makes a difference, I think the game would be fine without, maybe 3d effects would make it easier, but honestly I don't see how it would. I'm still going to get this game tomorrow because it looks super fun and I have heard nothing but good things about it.

I'm new here on this site, what is this free games business everyone is talking about? referring to #9 and #43.Also I haven't played this game in YEARS and I remember the music being like ghost's n goblin's which is some of my favorite!! Don't remember gameplay much, but from the review I can tell it will be good, gameboy had some seriously good/addictive games.I cannot wait to download it tomorrow when I get a couple eShop cards !
