You only have to log in ONCE. You DO NOT have to be online in order to play, just to start. Is taking 5 minutes to log in really that big of a deal? No, it's not. And if it is for you, then honestly you probably have better things to do with your precious time than play a 20 year old game.
It seems like nobody remembers the GameCube game! It was an excellent 3D platformer! I'm really excited for this, I have so many fond memories of playing the GameCube title.

Lemme just boot up my Retron5 which has been able to do this for years... Alongside several other classic consoles.
