So I don't know how the "partial" download for the cartridge version is bigger! (8.7 GB according to this article we're commenting on). Anyway, if the download is that big, it's probably the whole 3 games you're downloading, so the cartridge seems to be just empty, only with a loader to download the whole thing, so probably the cartridge is the cheapest they could get (maybe just 1 GB?)
