Why would you pay $2 to play it on the 3DS if the game already works on the 3DS browser?

For some reason even when my internet is fine uploading my highscore doesn't work. I see NL users on the high score boards a lot.

I hope I can block users so I never see a paintin g from TheCartoonGuy or Victor S. again.

@Tsuchinoko We call it StreetPass Mii Plaza. Some of those titles don't seem familiar. I don't think the have them in North America. Where are you from?
